1. Returns
At MS Craft, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, with all parts and packaging included.
- A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.
- Certain products, such as customized or special-order parts, electrical components, and digital downloads, are non-returnable.
2. Restocking Fee
- Unused items: No restocking fee applies.
- Used or installed items: A 10–20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, cleaning, and repackaging costs.
Please note that any item showing signs of installation, modification, or wear may be subject to the higher end of this restocking fee range.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return postage costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- In cases where we are at fault, MS Craft will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs.
4. Return Process
- Contact our support team at info@mscraft.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of your refund status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Any applicable restocking fee or return postage will be deducted from the refund total.
6. Exchanges
We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Electrical parts and components
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
